Job summary

JVIS USA is seeking a Tool Repairman to ensure equipment operates safely and meets its intended use, maximizing uptime. The role includes scheduled/unplanned repairs on injection molding machinery and related equipment, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years’ maintenance experience, with strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and PLC systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and PLC problems.
• Experience operating various machining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding equipment and accessories.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs per ISO/IATF standards.
• Ensure compliance with MPI/OSHA safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and complete tasks as assigned.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate overhead crane; work with various machines.
