Job summary

JVIS USA is seeking a Tool and Die Technician to disassemble and reassemble injection molds for preventative maintenance. You will operate heavy equipment including cranes, milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and TIG welders, and perform dry-ice blasting.

The role requires good problem-solving skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and working on electrical aspects of molds up to 240 volts. On-site position in Ohio with physical demand.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and automotive experience.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on mold equipment.
• Willingness to work with electrical components up to 240 volts.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble injection molds for preventative maintenance.
• Operate overhead crane up to 40 tons, forklift, milling machine, lathe, surface grinder, and TIG welder.
• Perform dry-ice blasting as part of PM tasks.
• Climb and access injection molding machinery as needed for maintenance.
