Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Injection Operator Lead to manage day-to-day operations of PET and HDPE injection lines. You will supervise setup, start-up, and running of injection equipment, while coaching the team for safety and quality compliance.

The role requires troubleshooting of minor equipment issues, accurate logging, and cross-shift communication to optimize throughput and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 Years – Experience in Position.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate challenges to prepare for the next shift.
• Conduct walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping and quality compliance.
• Coach, mentor and train injection team members; supervise setup and run of injection equipment.
