Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Injection Operator Lead for our Hazleton, PA facility. This role oversees day-to-day operations of PET and HDPE injection equipment and related systems, supervising a team and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

The position requires the ability to communicate across shifts, perform line walkthroughs, and train team members while maintaining accurate logs and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years – Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years – Experience in position.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• Preferred: 6 years – Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 6 years – Experience working in position.
• 6 years – Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the previous shift regarding challenges and opportunities of the injection lines.
• Conducts walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality.
• Supports production supervisors with end of shift production reports.
• Coaches, mentors and trains injection team members.
• Responsible for preparation, setup, starting and running injection equipment.
• Troubleshoots minor equipment issues and collaborates with maintenance.
