Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Injection Operator Lead at our Hazleton, PA facility. This role oversees day-to-day operations of PET/HDPE injection equipment and related systems, reporting to production leadership and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on shift.

You will mentor the injection team, manage setup and run activities, perform minor equipment adjustments with approval, and maintain logs and quality records. The position requires flexibility with a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 Years - Experience in Position.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with previous shift regarding challenges and opportunities of the injection lines.
• Conducts walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Coaches, mentors and trains injection team members.
• Responsible for setup, starting and running of injection equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments to injection equipment with approval.
• Complete and update logs and inspection sheets accurately.
