Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in injection blow molding.
- Knowledge of core rods, cavities, neck rings setup and maintenance.
- Experience with HDPE, PP, PETG, LDPE, and recycled resins.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven process improvement skills.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize injection blow molding processes across lines.
- Drive OEE improvements and reduce scrap and downtime.
- Troubleshoot defects such as short shots, flash, weld lines, and warpage.
- Develop process specs, setup sheets, and work instructions.
- Lead root-cause investigations using structured methods (5 Why, PDCA).
