Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a production/inventory associate for our Oklahoma facility. You will follow GMPs and PPE requirements in a fast-paced plant, ensure ingredients meet specs, and assist in staging, batching, and training.

The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, recording inputs in SAP, and coordinating with Quality on ingredient issues. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in a mixing/processing environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and compliance with personal safety/food safety regulatory standards.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail when following recipes and formulas.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in production processes and ingredient specs.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE requirements in warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure ingredients and batches meet specifications before use.
• Record actions to support the Food Safety Management System.
• Assist in scheduling product staging and batching.
• Assist in training others as needed.
• Maintain inventory control and input ingredient receipts in SAP.
• Inventory ingredients and perform cycle, end-of-run, and year-end counts.
• Report shortages to Department Managers before production times.
• Create purchase orders for ingredients stored off-site.
• Collaborate with Quality on ingredient issues and ensure sanitation of equipment.
