Carolina Beverage Group, LLC is hiring an Ingredient Control Receiving Technician in Fort Worth, TX to lead daily ingredient receiving and reefer upkeep at the Super Sport warehouse.

Responsibilities include ensuring COAs, maintaining FIFO, training technicians, and logging temperatures. Minimum 1–2 years experience with GMP/FSMA compliance is expected. Strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Familiarity with GMP/FSMA standards and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily ingredient receiving and related operations.
• Ensure COA is received for each ingredient on delivery.
• Maintain FIFO and proper storage in inventory system.
• Train and onboard Ingredient Control Receiving Technicians.
• Monitor reefers and freezer temps and log readings.
• Enforce safety, quality, and sanitation standards per GMP/FSMA.
