Job summary

Very Good Manufacturing is hiring for an on-site Warehouse/Receiving Associate in Fort Worth, TX. You will verify inbound materials, perform counts against documents, and inspect outbound pallets to ensure accuracy before shipment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work full-time shifts starting early. Compensation ranges from $18 to $26 per hour, with overtime and bonuses possible based on experience.

Qualifications

• Able to count accurately and methodically on high-volume shipments.
• Familiar with reading packing lists, POs, COAs, and LOT numbers.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet to enter receipts and counts.
• Reliable transportation and full-time schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Hold inbound materials (glass, cans, closures, labels, liquid) until COA is on file.
• Count all receipts against packing list and PO; document shorts/overages.
• Inspect each outbound pallet for product, lot codes, case count, labels, and wrap.
• Maintain cycle counts and lot tracking; correct records when needed.
• Maintain receiving logs, COA files, shipping checks, and discrepancy reports.
