Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Ingredient Control Receiving Technician to lead daily ingredient receiving operations and reefer/freezer upkeep at the Super Sport warehouse. The role ensures accurate intake, quality, and alignment with BOLs and COAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, positive, productive work environment. Reports safety concerns to Supervisor.
• Engage in continuous improvement of departmental processes.
• Enforce GMPs to ensure sanitary production and highest quality per customer specifications; adhere to FSMA standards.
• Assume shared responsibility for all ingredients in all CBG locations.
• Ensure adherence to First to Expire, First Out principle.
• Train all Ingredient Control Receiving Technicians and assist Supervisor with Alchemy training.
• Inspect all trailers upon receipt and log inspections for each ingredient delivery.
• Verify deliveries against BOL/Packing List; ensure COAs for each ingredient/Lot#.
• Break down/move mixed ingredients to proper pallets; receive ingredients in SAP; label and store accordingly.
• Input fuel and temperature readings for reefers/freezers into daily logs; monitor devices.
• Maintain end-of-shift security for dock/reefer doors; other duties as assigned.
