Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Warehouse/Production Associate at our Charlotte, NC facility. You will follow GMP and safety policies, assist in staging, batching, and inventory control, and ensure ingredients meet specifications for production orders.

You will enter receipts in SAP, help train teammates, and support continuous process improvements. The role requires a high school diploma, basic math skills, and 1–2 years in a mixing/processing environment; overtime and varied shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and compliance with personal safety/food safety regulatory standards.
• Strong math skills.
• Experience following GMPs and HACCP-related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Assist in scheduling product staging and batching; verify ingredients against specifications.
• Enter and verify ingredient receipts in SAP; maintain inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Support quality collaboration on ingredient issues and sanitation of equipment.
• Assist in training team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.
