Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS in Cartersville, GA is seeking an Ingot Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, collect and analyze data, and create actionable reports for management. You will work with supervisors to schedule production, monitor progress, and identify improvements to increase productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operations, Planning, and Continuous Improvement, with expertise in data analytics and ERP/MES systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in production, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities; proficient with ERP/MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and data reporting.
• Create production schedules and monitor progress with supervisors.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, drive resolutions.
• Develop KPIs and reports for management decision-making.
• Implement process improvements and LEAN/Six Sigma initiatives.
