Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS seeks a Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and data-driven decision making. You will collect and analyze data, create production schedules, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely completion and optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Fluency in Korean strongly preferred.
• Strong math and analytic skills.
• Experience integrating new technology into business environments.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MES systems.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and monitor progress with department supervisors.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Assist in budget analysis and development of operating goals for productivity, quality and safety.
• Compile and analyze data to create management reports.
• Provide production line support including process improvements and troubleshooting.
