Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years in Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Impeccable math and analytic skills.
• Comfort with integrating new technology into an existing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in using ERP/MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production management to develop analytical tools for production volume and profitability.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Assist in budget analysis and set operating goals for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Compile and analyze company data and create management reports.
• Provide production line support including process improvements and equipment troubleshooting.
• Utilize LEAN, Six Sigma, and other best-practice tools for problem-solving and improvement.
• Lead new manufacturing initiatives, including resource allocation and process integration.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure material availability, staffing, and capacity.
• Develop reporting methods, templates, and tools to drive cross-functional improvement.
• Adhere to Hanwha Q Cells policies and procedures.
