Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience (internships count).
• Excellent logic and analytical abilities.
• Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach toward issues.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and quality tests across production to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze production processes and designs to identify quality issues.
• Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures.
• Collect and analyze quality data to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and implement quality control processes and systems.
• Provide training to quality and production staff on standards.
• Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to procedures.
• Manage raw materials quality for consistency.
• Monitor supplier reports, yield, and process quality.
• Plan and conduct tests and inspections on materials and products.
• Maintain, test, and troubleshoot quality instrumentation.
• Prepare reports communicating outcomes of quality activities.
• Accurately record data and production information.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
