Job summary

Visante Consulting LLC is seeking a Director to oversee day-to-day client projects in a hybrid role with domestic travel. You will mentor staff, lead analysis and design of customized solutions, and act as a subject matter expert aligning with client priorities to drive measurable outcomes.

You will manage multiple engagements, present findings to senior leadership, and ensure timely delivery within budget while expanding such services through proactive client collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with healthcare providers on strategic/operational initiatives, including 3 years in management.
• Relevant consulting or client-facing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages client engagements from scoping to delivery, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Develops understanding of client objectives and designs tailored solutions.
• Leads teams in data gathering, analysis, and presenting findings.
• Manages multiple projects within budgets and timelines.
• Maintains strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
• Advises on current workflows and opportunities for additional services.
• Prepares reports, leads client meetings, and delivers high-quality progress updates.
• Provides coaching and feedback to team members and stays current on industry trends.
