Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in health system pharmacy, including 3 years in formal leadership.
• Eligible for HSPAL residency in lieu of leadership experience.
• ACPE-accredited PharmD or PharmD degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote project support to guide client projects and ensure timely deliverables.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Consult with clients to assess workflows and configurations and implement effective solutions.
• Lead internal and select client meetings and build strong client relationships.
• Develop plans to implement changes and present results within scope, time, and budget.
