DeliverIt Group is seeking an Infusion & Specialty Sales Associate in Sugar Land, Texas to drive growth in Specialty Prescriptions. You will generate new business, nurture relationships with specialty offices and case managers, and expand industry connections through events.

You will be supported by on-site pharmacist resources, paid training, and a structured pay-and-reward program including uncapped commissions. This role offers a market-based salary with strong earning potential in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for Specialty Prescriptions, focusing on IVIG, MS, Hemophilia, and Rheumatology.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Specialty Offices and Case Managers to provide services.

• Follow up with clients to gather feedback on sales experience.
• Engage with potential and active clients to grow accounts.
• Research market trends to identify new opportunities for the sales team.
