Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Infusion Supervisor to coordinate infusion services across Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates, with travel as needed. This full-time leadership role focuses on staffing, quality, and patient experience within a physician-led team.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, ensure compliance with policies, and work to improve efficiency and safety in the infusion department. A nursing degree and active licensure are required, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• B.A. in Nursing and current nursing licensure (OCN certification preferred).
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA and employment legislation.
• Minimum five years as an Infusion Nurse with two years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct Infusion services across locations.
• Schedule staff, track productivity and quality outcomes; address issues.
• Hire, orient, coach, discipline, and train staff as a first-line manager.
• Ensure operations comply with Duly policies and improve department performance.
• Oversee staffing resources, timecards, and department meetings; staff development.
• Support acquisitions, site development, and intradepartment communication.
