Duly Health and Care in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a dedicated Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse to deliver chemotherapy, biologics, and other infusion treatments within a physician-led team. You will perform pre-infusion assessments, monitor for adverse reactions, educate patients, maintain documentation, and collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and care teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of starting).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion or oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Active RN license; ASN required.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, biologics, and other infusion therapies in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide immediate interventions as needed.
• Perform pre-infusion assessments, including vital signs, lab review, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses, and care plans.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, referring providers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Additional duties include scheduling future treatments, managing electronic in-baskets, pre-checking charts, and coordinating referrals to support seamless patient care.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
