Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients for appointments, reviewing insurance data to ensure billable encounters.
• Communicate with providers and patients to schedule procedures per guidelines.
• Explain required registration elements and forms to patients.
• Review instructions with patients to ensure proper preparation for procedures/tests/appointments.
• Collaborate with team members to cover Patient Access duties as needed.
• Perform other duties per career ladder and department needs.
