UCLA Outpatient Clinics in Beverly Hills is seeking a patient-focused coordinator to support physicians and patients across primary and specialty care. You will act as a liaison, help patients access services within the health system, and coordinate care with referring physicians.

In this role, you will also facilitate follow-up and communication through EPIC/Care Connect, ensuring smooth scheduling, referrals, and timely information flow between teams and patients.

In this role, you will be providing direct support to the physicians and patients for assigned primary and/or specialty care physicians. Major duties include but are not limited to:acting as a liaison for the patients and physicians in the practice, assisting patients in accessing service within the health system, facilitating communication with referring physicians, referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect.

Salary range: $31.88/hr - $45.66/hr
