Clinic Hours Monday through Friday 8-4:30

• Check in and schedules appointments, following sleep scheduling protocol

• Answers heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone

• Verifies patient information, while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC)

• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as assigned

• Reviewing schedule

• Pre-screen patients based on departmental protocol

• Review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.

• High school diploma or GED

• Three years of patient/client-facing experience

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range $16.30-24.50/hour, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
