Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Sales Manager in Chicago to develop branch marketing strategies and lead a team of Account Executives. You will collaborate with the General Manager and Sales leaders to implement proactive sales plans in existing and new markets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of healthcare sales experience and 1 year of sales management, with strong relationship-building skills and a track record of achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare market.
• 1+ year of sales management in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in fast-growth organizations, preferably home infusion market.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must meet company standards for driving record as well as driver age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy and business plans to achieve branch sales goals and revenues.
• Establishes individual sales targets with the Sales team.
• Delegates responsibility for customer accounts and assigns territories to Sales personnel.
• Directs Account Executives in generating new accounts and revenue streams for Amerita.
• Oversees the activities and performance of the Sales team.
• Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
• Cultivates effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
