Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc seeks registered nurses to provide infusion therapy in patients' homes on a PRN basis across Georgia. Join a compassionate team delivering personalized in-home care and flexible visit schedules.

Responsibilities include vascular access, IV therapy, med administration, and patient education, with notes documented electronically. Requires active RN license and at least 1 year infusion experience; mileage reimbursement and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with competence in infusion therapy and catheter maintenance.
• Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and access to printer/scanner/fax.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds), blood draws.
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medication.
• Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly.
• Expect to do 2 visits per week.
