Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team in Staten Island, NY. The RN will provide safe, effective patient care, administer infusion treatments, mix medications, and perform IV insertions with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients throughout the infusion, documenting assessments, and coordinating with providers via Telehealth. Per diem schedule ensures flexibility and coverage across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure, required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1 year IV experience, required.
• Infusion experience, preferred.
• CRNI certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in infusion setting.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion.
• Document and report patient assessments to medical staff.
• Skillful and accurate IV insertion.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist in CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily run/flow sheet review for assigned treatments.
