Job summary

UofL Health, Inc. seeks a qualified Infusion RN to provide evidence-based care for adult cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team, patient education, and adherence to infusion therapy standards. The ideal candidate will have ADN and KY RN licensure, with 2+ years in oncology preferred, and possess or pursue ONS/ONCC chemo-immunotherapy certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires ADN with current Kentucky RN license.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Two years oncology patient care experience preferred.
• Current ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification preferred; ONCC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient status during infusion.
• Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies per oncology guidelines.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and communicate treatment-related information.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous drugs and accurate dosing calculations.
