Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners is seeking an experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, evidence-based infusion therapy in an office-based setting across multiple Tryon locations. The RN will verify medication orders, administer infusions, monitor responses, and coordinate care between patients, staff and physicians.

The role requires an NC RN license, current BLS certification, and at least 2 years of RN experience with ambulatory infusion.

Qualifications

• RN degree and completion of nursing training from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Experience with ambulatory infusion medication.
• Current North Carolina registered nurse license.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily infusion center operations and safely manages multiple patients receiving therapy.
• Performs pre-infusion assessments and verifies patient identity, consent, health history, vital signs, and treatment parameters.
• Establishes peripheral IV access and administers prescribed medications in line with INS standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Monitors and documents treatment progress and patient response, managing reactions and emergencies.
