IVX Health in Flower Mound is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality infusion therapies in an outpatient setting. You will administer treatments, monitor responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate patient care.

This role offers CEUs, tuition reimbursement, and certification support, including coverage for CRNI and ONCC certifications, plus ultrasound IV training to advance your clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Clinical experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient clinics is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills; emergency response knowledge.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families about treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR records and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to coordinate care.
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work at multiple facilities within the market as needed.
• Take on other duties as assigned to support patient care.
