BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking an in-home Registered Nurse (RN) with IV infusion and wound care expertise to join our dedicated team in Sandwich, MA. This full-time role offers flexible shifts, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

The RN will develop care plans, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with physicians to deliver high-quality home health services.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state is required.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing preferred.
• IV infusion therapy expertise required.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Sales & business development mindset to attract referral partners.
• Leadership and staff supervision/mentoring.
• Care plan development and regulatory compliance experience.
• Quality assurance and risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and team.
• Conduct in-home assessments ensuring regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with home health regulations including documentation and reporting.
• Supervise home care nursing team including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and staff coverage for home care cases.
