Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Home Care Infusion Registered Nurse to serve the Davis and Weber County area with occasional outlying areas. Must have a minimum of one year infusion experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year documented IV infusion experience in home care.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Utah.
• CPR certification and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care to client based on personalized Plan of Care.
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs.
• Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns.

Ports

1+ year IV infusion experience (home)
