Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, with 1 year in home health agency preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform care based on client’s individual Plan of Care.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report changes.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws.
• Counsel clients and families on nursing needs.
