Alabama Medical Group PC is seeking a full-time Infusion Registered Nurse in Mobile, AL. You will deliver IV therapies, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, accurate documentation in Epic or Cerner, and educating patients about procedures and post-care plans. A supportive team and commitment to excellence define our infusion center.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state with BLS and ACLS.
• Infusion therapy experience including IV insertion.
• Experience with EMR/EHR for documentation.
• Knowledge of sterile processing and infection control protocols.
• Strong physiology, pharmacology knowledge for infusion meds.
• Motivated nursing professional seeking growth in infusion services.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions, injections, and medications following protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, medical history and evaluations.
• Monitor patients during infusion therapy for adverse reactions and safety.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner) per HIPAA.
• Educate patients and families about infusion procedures and post-care care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and case managers to coordinate care.
