CSI Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for in-home infusion care in the Birmingham, AL area. Under the supervision of a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will perform infusion, IV/port access, administer medications, assess patients, educate families, and maintain nursing records.

This role also supports pharmacy operations, including quality control, inventory management, and preparation of medication orders.

Formación

• Must possess RN license and be eligible for Alabama Nursing license.
• Experience in infusion therapy and home health preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 2 hours from Birmingham, AL.
• Excellent patient education and documentation skills.
• Valid driver''s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with regular travel to patient residences.
• Administer prescribed medications via IV, subcutaneous, or other routes.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during infusion.
• Perform pre-treatment assessments and review medical history and meds.
• Educate patients and caregivers on meds, side effects, and post-infusion care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of infusion and patient responses.
• Coordinate follow-up communications to assess progress and late side effects.
• Collaborate with nursing team and pharmacy staff on care plans.
