Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing with state licensure.

• Infusion/outpatient care experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate infusion care for outpatients.
• Monitor patient condition, coordinate with care teams, and support transfers and discharge.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and safety.
• Delegate to staff as appropriate and precept new hires.
• Maintain critical thinking and independent action in a fast-paced setting.
