Job summary

Banner Health in Loveland, CO is seeking an RN for Outpatient Infusion Oncology in a part-time capacity. This role provides infusion therapy, collaborates with oncology clinicians, and ensures safe, compassionate patient care in the Infusion Center.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, and documentation per policy, with a 24-hour/wk schedule across 3 day shifts and 4th weekend/holiday rotation. New graduates with orientation supported are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Chemotherapy infusion certification or oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental needs and discharge planning.
• Formulates a plan of care and discharge plan with input from patient/family and health team.
• Implements the plan through direct care, coordination, and supervision of staff.
• Evaluates patient response to care and revises the plan as needed.
• Documents care and maintains accurate records per policy and standards.
