Job summary

Sanford Health in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide infusion care using the nursing process. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for infusion patients, and prioritize care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires collaboration with physicians and inter-professional teams, adherence to state nursing practice standards, and ongoing professional competencies. Full-time daytime shifts with weekend coverage as needed are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA) required.
Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care to infusion patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Demonstrate competency and practive within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state practice acts and professional standards.
Maintain required licensure, competencies and certifications.
