Job summary

Sanford Health in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process. The role involves collaboration with physicians and a range of inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

The RN will manage patient assessment, education, triage, and a variety of nursing interventions within the scope of practice as defined by state licensure. Shifts are 12 hours with varied schedules, and a sign-on bonus is possible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring; multistate licensure accepted if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provide individualized nursing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and various other nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
