Job summary

Sanford Health in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).

You will collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care, covering preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as patients move through the care continuum. The role requires NC practice, licensure, and a nursing degree.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinates care planning, patient assessment and education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practices within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable Administrative Rules with professional conduct.
