Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure rules and ethics.
