Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital in Enid, OK is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for a day shift, full-time 8:00am-4:00pm, to manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process. May float to other units and participate in on-call status.

The role requires RN licensure in Oklahoma, BLS, and other certifications; mentorship to staff; and adherence to safety standards. INTEGRIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• RN licensure as a registered nurse in Oklahoma or multistate Compact
• Current BLS certification
• Hospice CPR acceptable in lieu of BLS (Hospice only)
• Additional certifications and competencies required by service line

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
