Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Enid in Enid, OK is hiring a night shift, full‑time Registered Nurse to manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process. The role may require floating to other units and joining on‑call status.

You will supervise licensed and non‑licensed staff, document care, and participate in population‑specific competencies. The RN must hold Oklahoma licensure (or eNLC) and a current BLS certification; experience with complex patient care is valued.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or multistate license from an eNLC member state
• BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• May float to other units and participate in on-call status

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
• The RN reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president
• This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements
• Potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals.

Required Qualifications

License / Certifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
