Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital in Enid, OK seeks a Staff RN for day shift, PRN coverage, delivering comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. May float to other units, participate in on-call status, and meet population-specific competencies as required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oklahoma or a multistate license from an eNLC state.
• BLS within 30 days of hire; hospice requires CPR if not BLS.
• Additional certifications and competencies may be required by service line.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient condition and needs.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care as needed.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff; mentor students.
• Provide guidance and education to team members.
