Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. You will provide safe, effective patient care following regulations and policies, administering infusion treatments, calculating and mixing medications, and performing IV insertions.

This position is Fridays 7:00am–4:00pm, non-exempt, reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Ohio, have a nursing degree, CPR/BLS, and IV experience; CRNI preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Accredited nursing program graduate (ASN/BSN).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year IV experience.
• ONC Certified or CRNI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion.
• Document assessments and communicate with medical staff.
• Skillful IV insertion and equipment handling.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate charting.
