Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse for the Greater Cleveland area. The role involves administering infusion treatments, IV insertions, and monitoring patients across the treatment process.

Requirements include active RN licensure in the state, a nursing degree, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year IV experience; ONC certification is a plus. Travel between regional clinics is required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN licensure.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associate/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1 year IV experience, required.
• ONC Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient infusion care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Document and report patient assessments to medical staff and healthcare team.
• Demonstrate competencies in facility policies and HIPAA compliance.
