VIVO Infusion in North Haven, CT is hiring an Infusion Registered Nurse to provide safe, effective patient care. The role includes administering infusion treatments, calculating and mixing prescribed medications, and performing precise IV insertions, while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise unlicensed staff and participate in CQI activities. The ideal candidate has an RN license, 1+ year IV experience, CPR/BLS, and a nursing degree from an accredited program.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid state nursing license required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• ONC Certified, Preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• Certification in CRNI, preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, attentive manner.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering.
• Document and report on patient assessments to medical staff.
• Skillful and accurate IV insertion.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth, as needed.
• Assist in CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily run/flow sheet reviews for treatments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and complete daily electronic charting.
