Job summary

Infusion for Health in Thousand Oaks, California, is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our center in the Westlake Village area. This full-time role runs Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, totaling 32 hours per week.

The RN will provide infusion therapies, educate patients, monitor responses, document in EMR, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years ICU/ER RN experience, ADN or BSN, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical RN experience in ICU, ER, or similar high-acuity settings.
• Infusion experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Current RN License and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and escort them to their private infusion rooms.
• Educate patients about their treatments and address concerns about adverse reactions.
• Administer prescribed medications and establish IV access, including central lines.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and responses to treatments.
• Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Maintain the flow of patient care and manage emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Keep infusion rooms clean and well-stocked.

Position Details: We are seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our center in Thousand Oaks, California.This is a full-time role, Tuesday to Friday, 32 hours per week, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

What We Offer:
