Job summary

Infusion for Health is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our West Covina center on a part-time basis, 3 days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role focuses on delivering infusion therapy in private rooms, educating patients, and maintaining meticulous EMR records.

The ideal candidate will have an ADN (BSN preferred), 3 years of RN experience in high-acuity settings, and valid RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical RN experience in ICU, ER, or similar high-acuity settings.
• Infusion experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Valid RN License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and escort them to their private infusion rooms.
• Educate patients about their treatments and address concerns about adverse reactions.
• Administer prescribed medications and establish IV access, including central lines.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and responses to treatments.
• Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Maintain the flow of patient care and manage emergencies calmly.
• Keep infusion rooms clean and well-stocked.
• Answer calls as needed, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

Position Details: We are seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our center in West Covina, Ca. Part-Time, 3 days, 9am - 5pm.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay between $54- $58, with variations based on experience and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction.
• Recent IV experience.
