Job summary

Infusion for Health in Upland, CA seeks a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse for a full-time temporary assignment. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week), no nights or weekends, and patient-centered infusion care in private rooms.

Qualified candidates have an RN license, 3+ years in ICU/ER or similar high-acuity settings, and infusion experience is preferred. Training is available for the right candidate, with a competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical RN experience in ICU, ER, or similar high-acuity settings.
• Infusion experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid RN License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS or ACLS/PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and escort them to their private infusion rooms.
• Educate patients about their treatments and address concerns about adverse reactions.
• Administer prescribed medications and establish IV access, including central lines.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and responses to treatments.
• Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Maintain the flow of patient care and manage emergencies calmly.

Position Details: We are seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our center in Upland. This position is a Full Time, temporary assignment and is expected to last for a predetermined period with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week role (no nights, no weekends)

Essential Functions:

• Welcome patients and escort them to their private infusion rooms.
• Educate patients about their treatments and address any concerns about adverse reactions.
• Administer prescribed medications and establish IV access, including central lines.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and responses to treatments.
• Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Maintain the flow of patient care and manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Keep infusion rooms clean and well-stocked.
• Answer phone calls as needed, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

The hourly pay range for this role is expected to be between $50-$55. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.
