Responsibilities

• Fills medication orders according to policy and supports sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Maintains pharmacy inventory with sorting, stocking, and par-level checks.
• Performs quality control steps and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Provides training and orientation to new staff.
• Coordinates with pharmacists to ensure timely medication delivery.
• May cross-cover other locations and infusion areas.
